"I have always loved to bake since I was a little girl, I can remember learning to bake from my mother. After several years of working in the culinary and food service industry, I picked up a few cake decorating books and began playing around in my own kitchen creating cakes for family and friends. My ideas and inspiration come from various sources; magazines, cake books and most importantly my heart! I take this inspiration and use it, adding my own flare to make it my own. When clients come to me with the impossible, I except each cake with an open mind. My cakes & desserts are so much more to me then just an item you present at a party or event.... They're the topic of conversation, a keepsake and always a lasting memory."
